If you are selling the ebooks for one cent, ebay will bard your account. Ebay doesn't allow selling ebooks for one cent. Ebay has suspended the accounts of the people who have caught doing so.
If you are selling a copyright material, you're sure to lose your account with ebay. Never sell an ebook that you are not aware of or have very less information on.
Do not try to upload the rejected listing without getting to know the reason from ebay, for removing your list. Get to know what happened and see that the same mistake is not repeated. Once you sort out the matter with ebay, reset your sales page and ask ebay to check if everything is fine.
